Demand for third spaces in dating and wellness is high. People are seeking alternatives from dating apps, traditional bars and nightclubs.
Those battling loneliness are finding places where alcohol is not the main draw, where there are guided activities to help break the ice and get introduced to new people. The NSFW provides safe, judgement-free spaces to connect.
We have a long history of developing locations and the community leadership needed to expand. While there are many adult communities in New York, there are fewer in other major cities providing a massive opportunity for growth.
OnlyFans and the
Billion Dollar Industry
There is a multi-billion dollar market for premium subscription content on platforms like OnlyFans.
The NSFW Clubhouse will be open for daily shoots with the popular adult creators, developing subscription content for members and non-members.
Following the model of popular influencer houses, we will collaborate with a cast of models to develop an adult series about The NSFW featuring some of the biggest names on OnlyFans. We will partner with platform and studios to distribute and market.
Play Together
The NSFW has already partnered with dozens of sexual wellness, adult and cannabis brands on brand partnerships, licensing deals, community sponsorships and content production.
Through this investment, we’ll be hiring a Partnership Directors to focus on existing relationships and create new ones.

There are popular parties in New York such as Topfloor, SNCTM and Kismet. Each caters to a different demographic, usually hosted once a month or season.
Houses like Hacienda, Hit Me Up or Sucia are focused on race, queer and/or kink culture, speaking to specific audiences and limiting scalability.
None of our competitors are positioned for franchise growth, premium content development or full-time Clubhouses. We maintain very strong relationships with brand partners who want to support our growth and benefit from connecting to our audience.
The NSFW has about a 15-20% shared audience with New York based groups. We have a strong brand identity and greater market awareness than 95% of our competitors.
Over the past ten years, The NSFW has been featured in 300 news articles in publications like The Atlantic, Playboy, Forbes, Men’s Health and Harper’s Bazaar resulting in over 100M media impressions and inclusion in ChatGPT as a top suggestion for “sex clubs”.

New York is our largest market with over 3,500 members registered in the city. Raised funds will allow us to open a NYC Clubhouse which will host weekly member events, be available for rentals and open for content production by members, brand partners, adult studios and content creators.

Community Culture
The NSFW has members in major international cities. With funding we will register important trademarks and create a video series for teaching new “Conspirators” to host their own events in major cities.
We will provide assistance in marketing, charge a starting franchise fee and take a percentage of ticket sales and membership dues. With funding we plan to expand to multiple cities through this model with events accessible by the membership, through franchise and hospitality partners.
Adult creators will be cast to co-produce content from the NSFW Clubhouse. We will own distribution rights to a series based on The NSFW and develop a premium subscription series featuring drama styled shorts.
Through our relationships with top adult talent, videographers and photographers we’ll create premium content that gives non-members a peek into our exclusive, members-only community and provides a scalable subscription model for The NSFW.

Risk Assessment
Operational Risks
Shutdowns due to excessive neighbor complaints. Focusing on neighborhoods where there is a current nightlife can reduce this risk greatly. By vetting members, we can ensure that those who enjoy our spaces are not disruptive.
Seeking locations where the majority of members of a private community already live and keeping events private can also prevent any issues we may have with zoning boards. Never open to the public and hosted in a private residence to prevent inspections. Multiple floors allow any activities which may disturb neighbors to remain non-disruptive.
Financial Risks
Potential shutdowns of financial services. Language changed on homepage to align more with dating apps. Name change to prevent banking or processing shutdowns. Securing secondary processing services to always have a means of processing payments online and at the Clubhouse.
Mitigation Strategies
Thorough due diligence, strong advisor team, and multiple stream revenue plan we will prevent any location based or financial risk issues from shutting us down completely or for any extended period.
By increasing our revenue streams to include content subscriptions, franchise operations and app based purchases and memberships, we can continue operating through any potential shutdowns.
