UPDATE: NSFW HQ + BROOKLYN

We’ve been making progress in some of our behind the scenes endeavors and it’s about time we stop edging and just give you what you came here for. So here are the updates:


NSFW HQ, our 6-story pleasure palace, is nearing its fundraising goals.

We are raising $3M against a $30M company valuation and we will know as early as next week if the funds can be raised from a single investor or if we’ll have to open the raise to accredited investors within the membership. This concept really leans into the “Soho House of Sex” concept we’ve been known for with our private membership approach. You can view the financial breakdown here. NSFW HQ will be a hub for adult creators, performers, educators and businesses during the day used for content production and workspace and will convert to play and entertainment spaces at night for members and their guests.

The space will combine a restaurant and bar, members lounge, NSFW Shop, workspaces, podcast and studio space, a sexual health & wellness clinic, a theater floor for movie nights, workshops and special performances, eight fantasy play rooms and a sprawling 1969 inspired penthouse and overnight rooms for members who want to keep playing until 8AM. 

We weren’t initially planning to start on HQ until we opened two new NSFW Clubhouses, our workshop and PlayDate destinations for 80-140 members, but stars aligned and a serious investor became interested to take on the project and help make NSFW HQ a reality for us all. 

Once funding is secured, we’ll be hosting a Town Hall with the membership on Discord (join here) and listing a number of positions, member support and advice we need to prepare to build out NSFW HQ for the membership. If we’re unable to secure funding from this current investor, we’ve already begun talks with potential backup to ensure we can build this new space for sexual exploration.


NSFW Brooklyn

We are closing a funding round of $100k for the buildout of our new NSFW Clubhouse in Brooklyn. Once funds have been transferred, we will move on one of two spaces and begin work on preparing the space for opening. We’ll also be announcing events for the space once secured. We had some delays in our funding in March, but have a final agreement in place to move on this location.


New Doors

NSFW Clubhouses are designed for get togethers for members in your area. They act as a community hub, bringing members, educators, performers and others together for daytime productions and nighttime play. Clubhouses are being funded through revenue backed loans with returns of 2x. If you’re interested sponsoring new doors, let us know here. 


LOVER & NFTs

We are now accepting $LOVER for Access Passes and Memberships. You can visit our $Lover Marketplace here. With the development of NSFW HQ, $Lover will become more integrated into what you can purchase at NSFW. We’ll still use cash and credit cards for transactions, but members who use $Lover will be special perks and discounts.

You can find all Lover Rewards on Roll. Use the $Lover token in your wallet to purchase access passes or upgrade your membership.

Other Updates:

  • TRIBUTE Members, expect an email next week with your second duplicate TRIBUTE Membership. This is our first duplication. You can send the membership to someone else or hold it in your wallet.

  • There is a $125 new member registration fee for any transfers to cover review of new member applications. This is paid by the new NFT holder once they are ready to have their account approved. We will be launching a guide to make it easier for people to sell their NFT

  • As we get closer to the launch of NSFW HQ, the price of our unlimited NFT memberships may increase as we will have fewer released. If you haven’t purchased your NFT membership, definitely consider before prices increase.

  • Rewards and Raffle information will be sent out next week. You will have a window of time to claim. If you purchased an NFT membership, you are eligible.
