NSFW Brooklyn Expands + Guarantor Opportunity for NSFW Chelsea

NSFW Brooklyn Is Growing
We’re thrilled to share that NSFW Brooklyn is expanding. We’ll be hosting 5–6 events per month at the space and are working on a larger partnership with our hosts to enhance and evolve the venue. Planned renovations include:

• Adding a shower

• Extending the second floor

• Rooftop access

• Renovating the bar and check-in area

• Upgraded furnishings and art installations

• Creating a BDSM lounge within the Club

This space will become the home for all our Bushwick adventures, and we’ll soon be announcing ways members can contribute. The venue will also be available for rentals, weekday co-working, photo/video shoots, and content creation.

NSFW Chelsea – Guarantor Needed
We’re currently finalizing the lease for our Chelsea location and are looking for a guarantor to help secure the space.

We’re offering:

• A $5,000 signing bonus

• VIP access and a private party

• Guaranteed removal from the lease after 1–2 years

We’ve already raised $100,000 and will be putting down four months' security deposit. In case of any rent issues, the landlord will draw from that deposit, not the guarantor.

If you’re interested in helping bring NSFW Chelsea to life, we plan to move in by July 1st, with events starting the following week. An additional $25,000 will be invested into transforming the space to match the signature NSFW Clubhouse vibe.

Conspirator Training Update
Our latest Conspirator Training was a success, and we’re excited to welcome five new Conspirators to our roster. Planning is underway for new events in:

• New Jersey

• North Carolina

• Downtown Brooklyn

• Harlem
