  • Workshops & Classes — Host yoga, kink, or ropes sessions for up to 30 guests.

  • Content Production — Bring your crew and film spicy OnlyFans content, podcasts, or short films.

  • Private Sessions — Safely meet clients, offer therapeutic sessions, or use our intimate rooms for small group experiences.

Rates:

  • $100 for a one day reservation

  • $15 per additional guest (paid day of booking)

  • Available Tues-Sun; 12-10PM
